Tenet arca plasmor has a pretty slow reload and fire rate but does a lot of damage. Any fire rate related issues can be solved by either using the mod shotgun barrage or using the arcane called arcane tempo which is a warframe arcane that gives fire rate to shotguns (the arcane is also very cheap to buy).
